Quality policy

We believe that the quality of the services rendered is of crucial importance. Therefore we want to guarantee it in the following way:

  • by understanding the requirements of the organizational context in which we work in order to meet our customers’ as well as our employees’  needs and the requirements of the other parties involved
  • by offering top quality materials and technical service and reviewing and monitoring them constantly as well as by supplying objective evidence of the quality of the final products installed at the customer’s premises
  • by preparing our personnel through refresher courses and structured and constant training 
  • by creating productive collaboration between the members of our staff and making them aware of the corporate objective of supplying “top quality” services
  • by observing legal, technical and contractual Standards and the principles of the UNI EN ISO 9001 Standards
  • by constantly improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the work organization, of the ability of meeting customers’ requirements, of managing processes and our system as a whole
